Extra Bytes Rewards & Introduce Us Schemes
Clear Vision Technologies Ltd. reserves the right, at any time without notice, to: (a) terminate the schemes; (b) decline to issue level or bonus discounts and (c) on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel level or bonus discounts, or to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Clear Vision Technologies Extra Bytes Loyalty and Introduce Us schemes.
Reasonable grounds include (i) any abuse or attempted abuse of the scheme, or (ii) any use or attempted use of a discount levels in a manner which is contrary to these terms and conditions or (iii) any reasonable suspicion of dishonesty on the part of a member in connection with the schemes.
The discounts are not transferable, and can only be used by the company or organisation whose name is linked to the account.
Level discounts will be calculated on the selling price. Discount levels will be based on payments received during the previous quarter and exclude carriage and service charges. To qualify, order payments must be received in full and within the period stated in our payment terms. Clear Vision Technologies reserves the right to exclude spend if part-payment is made or if payment is late. This can be altered at the discretion of Clear Vision Technologies Ltd.
Discounts can only be used to purchase transmission products from Clear Vision Technologies Ltd. and are valid for 3 months from the date they are allocated to the account. At the end of the 3 months, the discount level is returned to zero and then re-calculated based on spend during the previous quarter. The quarterly spend is calculated from receipt of payment. Clear Vision Technologies Ltd. shall be entitled at any time to cancel or amend the discount awarded if the relevant products to which such award relates are returned or cancelled for any reason and a refund / credit of the purchase price is given or if the relevant products are exchanged for other products, unless such exchange is for products with an equivalent value.
The level discounts cannot be transferred, sold or in any way traded.
Certain products may be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Clear Vision Technologies. Additional costs such as services and carriage are excluded from this scheme for accruing the level discount and for applying the percentage discount.
The Extra Bytes discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount/rebate scheme with the exception of the Introduce Us scheme.
Introduce and recommend us to a colleague in a different company / organisation to earn additional, one-off discounts. Send us your colleague’s or colleagues’ email addresses and we’ll get in touch with them. By submitting your colleague’s or colleagues’ details, you confirm that you have their permission to do so. Your name will be given to your colleague(s) to explain why we have contacted them and they are receiving this offer.
Once your colleague has paid in full for their first order of transmission products from Clear Vision Technologies you will receive your discount code entitling you to money off your next Clear Vision Technologies order. Minimum spend terms and discount voucher expiry date will apply.
To receive the discount code, your colleague(s) must be a new customer to Clear Vision Technologies and must not already hold a Clear Vision Technologies account. They must register different business name(s) and delivery address(es) from your organisation, and must use the email address that you have sent to us. Any colleagues introduced who have similar email addresses to the referrer or each other and/or the same delivery address or are operating under the same company or organisation name will count as one referral.
Your colleague(s) bonus discount voucher(s) can only be redeemed against transmission products sold by Clear Vision Technologies and must be used on their first order(s). The minimum spend terms and voucher expiry date will be detailed on the voucher issued by Clear Vision Technologies. If your colleague(s) do not place and pay for the minimum order(s) in full within 16 weeks of us sending the email, you and they will not be entitled to receive your bonus discount.
Please note that our Standard Terms & Conditions apply to all sales. Discounts are for transmission products only and cannot be applied to carriage or service charges.
Clear Vision Technologies reserves the right to change or terminate its promotional schemes at any time and without notice. Vouchers issued prior to termination or amendment shall remain valid until the expiry date specified on the voucher.
